ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver Tuesday – Friday (we may deliver on Sunday and Monday on request, please send through an quote request via the website or email and we will advise if we can facilitate)
Orders must be placed before 2:00pm two business days before your delivery date.
If you have a last minute request, please email us at catering@kosherclassique.com.au and we will advise if we can facilitate
Standard delivery times are 6:45am and 6:45pm 6 days per week Sunday to Thursday and between 6:45am and 4:00pm on Fridays.
Standard delivery window is within 3 hours.
Deliveries required outside our standard delivery times or shorter delivery windows are subject to additional charges, please email catering@kosherclassique.com.au or place a request via the website and we will advise.
We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time – we will deliver within the timeslot you have selected. Please note occasionally there maybe slight delays due to unforeseen traffic circumstances.
Kosher Classique prices are updated from time to time. Items will be charged at the price applicable at the time you submit your order and as shown on the invoice. In the case where an item is out of stock or unavailable you will be contacted to make other arrangements.
Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be notified.
DELIVERY COSTS
Standard delivery fee is $30 inc GST for all deliveries within a 20-kilometre radius of Moorabbin.
Additional delivery charges apply for deliveries outside of this radius, please send through a request via the website.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changes to your order require 2 business days notice and can be emailed to catering@kosherclassique.com.au
Credit card surcharges apply (1.5%)
Payment is required in full upon ordering.
All prices include GST.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation charges will apply if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded.
If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice you will receive a full refund of your total order.
